LING 121

Ling 121 was a condominium in desperate need up updated windows. The condominium management corporation contacted us to assess the current windows and to outline a project for replacments. We conducted an extensive analysis into the benefits that new windows would have on this particular building. We noticed that the outdated windows were not double paned, leading to an excess of heat escape during the colder months. We also noticed that each window was sealed closed so occupants were not able to open them as they wished. The occupants of this building now enjoy energy efficient windows while the condo corp saves money with the high quality, energy star windows that have been installed.
